The Competitive Analyst's will be responsible to analyze and monitor the competitive airlines and various commercial components to evaluate key competitive commercial impacts and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop monitoring dashboard and reporting, including views on itinerary and agency data.
- Analyze network changes and passenger flows by identifying booking patterns to source key area of opportunities or threats.
- Develop revenue analysis and modeling to enable decision making tools.
- Work with key commercial areas to develop other key performance indicators (loyalty, lounge and product, airport product and/or surprise and delight etc)
- Liaise with commercial managers to perform extensive review of key performance areas.
- Produce financial evaluations to develop and model KPIs.
- Obtain strong knowledge and detailed understanding of marketplace customer booking behaviors, patterns and willingness to pay.
- Liaise with other RM practitioners to ensure accurate forecasts, correct inventory and that proper competitive pricing is in place.
- Conduct appropriate monitoring and post-audits using key performance indicators; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proactively and effectively communicate findings and the tactical/strategic action applied.
- Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for assigned portfolio and of any ad-hoc initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Action/results oriented, analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Displays flexibility and adaptability to quickly react to operational issues and/or a changing marketplace.
- Ability to prioritize heavy workloads comprised of weekly routines and ad hoc tasks
- Comfortable telling a story through data in order to drive actions and achieve branch goals.
- Interest in the aviation industry and learning about the practice of Revenue Management or Network Planning.
