Just Fix It Inc. is a leading managed service IT provider specializing in private cloud hosting services for businesses across different industries. We provide end-to-end private cloud hosting solutions that are tailored to our clients' needs, including cloud infrastructure management, data backup and recovery, security and compliance, and more.
**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities for our private cloud hosting services. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that our clients receive high-quality private cloud hosting services that meet their needs.
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities for our private cloud hosting services.
Work with the technical team to develop proposals and solutions that meet clients' private cloud hosting needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients for our private cloud hosting services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of private cloud hosting services and support to clients.
Meet and exceed revenue targets by upselling and cross-selling private cloud hosting services to existing clients.
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to resolve any issues that arise with private cloud hosting services.
Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and client satisfaction for our private cloud hosting and managed services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to private cloud hosting services to ensure that we are offering the best possible solutions to our clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT industry with a focus on private cloud hosting services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of private cloud hosting infrastructure, security and compliance, backup and recovery, and other private cloud hosting services is a plus.
Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
