**JOB OBJECTIVE**

As a vital part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our store. Your mission? To deliver impeccable customer service, drive sales, and uphold our reputation for quality and professionalism.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Directly report to the Store Manager while maintaining close collaboration with the District Manager and other departments.
- Embody the spirit of our store community, fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Provide invaluable support to the Manager in overseeing the sales team and ensuring the store's efficiency.

**KEY FUNCTIONS**
- Elevate sales and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Curate captivating merchandise displays.
- Accurately handle all transactions at the register.
- Uphold the store's cleanliness and organization.
- Occasionally assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Demonstrate expert salesmanship to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Efficiently handle special orders and maintain a well-stocked merchandise area.
- Ensure proper ticketing and attractive display of merchandise.
- Communicate effectively regarding stock replenishment and store policies.
- Uphold loss prevention, security, and credit policies rigorously.
- Train fellow sales associates in product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Adhere to the company's dress code and uphold its image standards.
- Support the Manager in all essential store operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum six months of retail or service industry experience, including team management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- A passion for fashion and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work retail hours and a proactive approach to tasks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
