Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team for the summer months through the Canada Summer Grant. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and caring for young children. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial developmental years.

**Duties**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Creativity in developing engaging and educational activities
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom routines and materials

Pay: $16.30 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
