**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Analyse and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in running social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Engage with followers and build a strong online community through authentic interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
