**Title**: Network Analyst - Student - IT Technical Services Team
**Salary**: $19.38 - $23.12 - $25.44 per hour (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term (anticipated start January, 2025 until April 30, 2025)
**Hours**: Casual - 37.5 hours, Monday
- Friday (core office hours
- 9:00 am
- 3:00 pm)
**Location**: Sinclair Office (Metro Vancouver) - on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations
**About the role**
As the Network Analyst Student, you will be assisting IT team members of the Technical Service Team. You will be learning network technologies; MicroSoft Exchange, active directory and other cloud services. You will also learn Windows imaging using SCCM, ServiceNow and maintaining knowledge bases.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- **Education**
- Working towards a university degree in computer science, or a college degree with a technical major included
- Currently enrolled in a formal program in Computer Sciences or related field of study
**Experience**
- Prior experience in supporting and IT environment is an asset (hardware, software, operation systems, monitors, multi-function devices)
- Possible travel to other FNHA office locations in the lower mainland
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge with escalated troubleshooting with software and desktop hardware issues, writing technical documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Ability to multi-task
- Have high attention to detail and strong customer service skills

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
