**Purpose**:
As a member of the Digital and Innovation team, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, rotating through different teams and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed
- Conduct research and analyze data to support business decision-making
- Assist in creating and preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other business activities
- Provide general administrative support to managers and staff as needed
- Assist in managing various projects and initiatives as assigned
- Support the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

**Skills** **&** **Qualifications/Program**:

- Currently enrolled in 2nd year or higher for bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing / or STEM related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with database management and data analysis preferred
- Knowledge of business principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic

This is a full-time internship position with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The Business Analyst Intern will work closely with experienced managers and will have opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
