**Residential Support Worker - **Home For Good Innovative Housing Program (Part-time Permanent)**:
**The Role and Opportunity**:
The Canadian Mental Health Association is looking for a Residential Support Worker for the Home for Good Program. **The Home for Good Innovative Housing Program** provides**_ _**on-site residential support and case management services to older adults who are living with mental illness and have experienced long-term homelessness. The Home for Good Innovative Housing Program is partnered with the City of Toronto.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Residential Support Worker work closely with the team in supporting clients and provide crisis intervention. The Residential Support Worker will work out of the Broadview Site and be required to work Sunday evenings from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

The Residential Support Worker will be required to provide on-site direct service provision and support clients based on their goals. They will orient clients to the programs and services and provide crisis prevention & interventions as needed. The purpose of the Residential Support Worker will be to perform residential duties and maintain a safe, clean and secure environment.

The Residential Support Worker will also be required to maintain trusting, respectful and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues; service providers and other community supports.

**Hourly Rate Range: $29.74 - $34.47**

**Work Location: 811/813 Broadview Ave, Toronto**

**Work Hours: Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**
