Brightside Learning provides Executive Function Coaching to students from grades one through Cegep who are affected by ADHD and executive functioning difficulties. We teach students how to learn by providing them with tools & opportunities to help them succeed academically and personally, and ultimately reach their full potential. **We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Leadership Team, who is excited by the idea of being part of a small, growing business that positively impacts the lives of students and families.**

Position Overview

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our learning centre while wearing multiple hats within the company, including managing administration, services, team, student progress, client satisfaction, and marketing. Must be great with kids, a driver and leader, have exceptional customer service skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to step in to any situation with quick thinking and the ability to make decisions to "save the day". A large portion of this position involves managing parents, students, our team, and overall centre operations.
- Specific tasks include_:

- Assisting inquiring parents and students discover and learn about Brightside Learning
- Managing day-to-day interaction and management of parents and students
- Building relationships with parents and community
- Responsible for team and student scheduling
- Taking care of student registration and student onboarding
- Managing client billing and receipts
- Administering payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Growing and managing our team by hiring and training new team members
- Developing, implementing and managing marketing and social media strategies
- Developing and expanding outreach and networking opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven ability in liaising with students and parents
- Excellent leadership skills & experience in managing a team
- Experience in office administration and management
- Knowledge and ‘know how’ around school systems and academic environments
- Proven ability to step into a situation and "save the day"
- Excellent English oral and written skills, working knowledge of French
- Excellent ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
