- Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?- Faire la différence dans le projet de vente de nos client-es en répondant aux appels téléphoniques et en les accompagnant dans la vente de leur propriété;-
- Effectuer des suivis auprès de notre clientèle afin de la conseiller sur l’utilisation de nos produits et services et lui proposer les meilleures solutions pour la réussite de son projet.- Ce qu’il te faut pour être un-e Conseiller-ère, service à la clientèle (bilingue) chez nous?- Une passion pour le service à la clientèle, car pour toi, c’est important de faire la différence;-
- Une approche basée sur l’écoute et la compréhension des besoins de la clientèle ;-
- Des habiletés en relations interpersonnelles;-
- Une attitude proactive et empathique afin de supporter les client-es dans leur projet de vente;-
- Un niveau d’anglais oral avancé ou un parfait bilinguisme afin de desservir une plus vaste clientèle;-
- Un peu d’expérience en service à la clientèle, du moins assez pour savoir que tu aimes ça;-
- Une grande aisance avec l’informatique;-
- Être disponible un soir par semaine (16h00 à 19h00) et la fin de semaine (10h00 à 15h00)-
- La capacité à travailler autant en télétravail qu’à notre bureau de Charny (8389 avenue Sous-le-Vent). (Les détails à propos de notre mode de travail hybride te sera présenté au cours du processus de recrutement).- Des avantages qui font une réelle différence:
