Sales Representative/estimator

M&T Glass has been proudly serving the residents, businesses and institutions of Ottawa and Eastern Ontario since 1964. We are constantly growing and building more and more showers, mirrors, sealed units, and other glass related work in our communities and now we are in search of a motivated, well-spoken, and experience estimator to join our team and grow with us.

The estimator will be responsible for
- visiting job-sites (using own vehicle)
- taking measurements for sealed unit, shower, etc.
- communicating with customers, and understanding their needs
- making drawings and list of hardware
- creating quote
- Generate sales and collect deposit
- Create Work orders and collaborate with other team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education-High school diploma
- A minimum of 2+ years experience as an estimator in glass industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
- Ability to take and read measurements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- To have a fuel-efficient, reliable vehicle
- Driver license

**This is a full-time position**

**Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm**

**This is NOT a remote position**

A probationary period of 3 months
