Site & Maintenance Supervisor

Ottawa, Canada Praetorian Management Group Inc Full time

Have the responsibility of visiting properties when an issue arises and must be able to assess/provide recommendations for repair
- Be required to liaise with contractors/service professionals and properly communicate any/all required work in an efficient and effective manner
- Be required to create detailed Site Reports so that clients are fully aware of issues within their home
- Have skills to perform basic handyman services and be ready/willing and able to complete such tasks from time to time as needed (except those tasks deemed needing a permit or professional trades)

**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities**:

- General Knowledge of Residential Construction and Repair
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience working with and following schedules
- Attention to detail
- The ability to timely identify problems and propose creative solutions
- Be self-directed/able to work independently
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Responsible/organized
- Dependable/reliable

**Requirements**_:_
- Valid G Class Drivers License_
- Your own vehicle and basic tools required_

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
