- **RDJ Bakeries Ltd**_ is currently looking for an Inventory Jr. to join our growing dayshift team.

**Job purpose**

Responsible for assisting in inventory control (cycle counting), receiving and tracking parts, and control proper documentation of incoming parts and parts consumed on the line in the maintenance shop as well as the parts room.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Review, analyze, plan, forecast, and purchase spare parts and accessories required to support maintenance activities related to PM’s and internal work Orders.
- Keep the CMMS inventory stock count updated and make sure the technicians using the parts are updated in FIIX, for the High Ridge location.
- Order and keep an inventory of tools, supplies and parts needed for various types of equipment and work orders.
- Review, analyze, plan, forecast, purchase parts, and accessories to support work orders.
- Generate weekly and monthly demand forecasts and provide the information to the Parts Planner to ensure an adequate pipeline of material is available to support the business.
- Review, monitor and action part shortages, including part escalations on a daily and weekly basis.
- Control and monitor all parts stocked and received in High Ridge location.
- Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and accessories.
- Assist and supervise the annual Physical Inventory count for spare parts and accessories.
- Create/maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Certificate required in a technical field and relevant maintenance scheduling / planning and/ or inventory control, or equivalent combination of both.
- Experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills necessary to succeed in this role. Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Project management and capital project experience preferred.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Working conditions**:

- Always work indoors.
- May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
- Usually wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, and beard nets.
- Straight shift work.
- Flexible in their shift timings.

**Physical requirements**:

- Sitting involved.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
