**ABOUT THE AGM ROLE**:

- Demonstrates leadership and works alongside General Manager & manages Front Desk Coordinator roles
- Sets concise goals for the team and provide follow-up and appropriate training
- Create the team schedules and oversee the daily schedules
- Lead with example by contributing to the positive team-oriented culture
- Maintain accountability for franchise policies and procedures by documenting and correcting actions as necessary
- Ensure strong relationships and connection with pet parents
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of pet records
- Participate in marketing and event opportunities to grow business and onboard more pet parents
- Participate in social media accounts management and corporate meetings as needed
- Foster an exciting and positive environment - team and facility - that will allow the growth and success of the business

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
