Our recruitment agency, Archway Employment LTD, is seeking a talented Marketing Associate/Specialist on behalf of our client. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote our client's products and enhance their brand presence. **Responsibilities**:

- Work in coordination with the work force team to promote and educate customers on the products and services we have to offer.
- Understanding our ideal audience and how our products and services can be relevant in their lives.
- Become an integral part of brainstorming for our marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Source business stories and trends regarding our products.
- Lead the ongoing content management of our website to ensure that content is current and refreshed on a regular basis.
- Design marketing and/or sales campaign messaging targeting new/current clients across the business units.
- Help track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows and other promotional events.
- Manage the company's social media accounts
- Work toward increasing digital and foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as flyers, posters, social media graphics, website banners.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Some experience in marketing or in a similar role is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, including social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
