**Accounting Officer**
- Taking charge of Accounts Receivables
- Taking charge of Accounts Payable
- Performing weekly / monthly bank reconciliations
- Assisting HR Manager for Payroll Processing
- Maintaining general ledgers and bookkeeping
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly GST/HST returns, source deductions and WSIB Reports
- Preparation of various accounting reports on weekly and monthly basis for management reference
- Liaising with outside auditors for processing year end audit
- Other responsibilities as required by management.
- Occasional travelling may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience
- Human Resources experience considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with a senior management team

Salary will vary according to previous work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
