Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Planning, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Operations Analyst position are to analyze, report on and drive improvements in Sales performance across Rogers Business. The Sales Operations Analyst will track and measure all performance indicators, identify performance-related risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. They will work closely with the regional Sales teams, Commercial Management, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Finance to drive improvements in Sales results.

**What you will do**:

- Measure and deliver actionable sales performance insights and forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence with regional Sales and cross-functional teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement programs that drive revenue and margin growth in channels, regions, and products
- Manage sales forecasting processes across the regional Sales teams and provide inputs to Finance, Sales Operations, and regional Sales leadership for weekly reviews
- Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles to ensure growth and profitability targets are achieved
- Work with reporting teams to develop and improve reports on sales performance and key business metrics
- Facilitate annual sales quota development and delivery within the channel (account assignment and quota allocation)
- Develop and manage ad-hoc reporting where required, and transition as appropriate to the reporting team

**What you will bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical roles
- Strong planning, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Proven ability to deliver through cross-functional teams
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization
