Hi I’m Benji Litonjua, Operations Manager at GetGoing digital marketing division, a financial technology company focused on generating leads for car dealers across Canada from consumers looking for car loans. We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing team.

Our digital marketing department is focused on building scalable strategies across all channels, and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team This role will be focused on helping bring high performing and effective creative to life, collaborating closely with media buyers and the management team. You are the connector, guiding creative strategies and steering the creative process.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This role will be focused on operating both conceptually and analytically to inspire and drive successful creative ideas while leveraging data to demonstrate performance, provide insights, and create improvements. This is a full-time position within Canada. You have the option to work at our office headquarters in Langley, British Columbia, Hybrid or Remote.
- Developing creative and messaging strategies to reach marketing goals
- Communicate creative strategy and insights
- Develop creative briefs specific to customer journeys and user personas
- Analyze creative performance and guide the editing process to improve creative, leveraging data and creative best practices to drive your decisions
- Carry out qualitative market research and quantitative research
- Work collaboratively with other departments to understand the needs of each client and account
- Able to facilitate and lead creative, strategic discussions and provide clear recommendations and strategic direction
- Own the UGC (User generated content) projects. Including finding creators, briefing, communicating, and auditing creators/creators content

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- 3+ years of creative strategy experience
- Experience and knowledge with all core social platforms - including: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube
- You are a storyteller and innovator - You know that how you tell a story on TikTok can be vastly different than how you tell it on Instagram.
- Bonus if you have experience media buying
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion focused creative
- Knowledge and expertise analyzing creative and using data to inform creative decisions
- Enjoy being creative and staying up to date with trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once
- Time management and self-accountability
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to contribute to overall client success, including other elements of creative strategy
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work as a part of a team and with other teams
- Receptive to feedback
- Plus, if you have worked with UGC creators /Influencers

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
