**The Opportunity**:
**WSP **is currently searching for a** Project Manager** to work as an integral part of our **Water & Wastewater Infrastructure** team, based in **Thornhill**. As a Project Manager, you will bring strong professional experience in working on the design of water & wastewater infrastructure projects for several major clients - typically regional municipalities, cities, and townships throughout Ontario. You will have experience in managing project financials and you will be someone who naturally wants to help mentor and develop your colleagues.

**A day in the life**:

- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by ensuring that project outputs meet client expectations, and ensure that clients are fully consulted and apprised of progress, issues, and related solutions at key project stages
- Manage and direct multi-disciplinary teams from concept through detailed design and construction
- Thrive in a team environment with the ability to develop innovative design and planning solutions and proactively manage interactions with other team members
- Provide technical direction and guidance to the engineering team on design calculations, process and equipment selection, specifications, and contract document preparation
- Provide technical advisory services to clients for water and wastewater services
- Deliver engineering projects in accordance with client requirements and in line with company and industry best practice
- Prepare analyses, reports, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, presentations, and reports as required
- Work with our Marketing Team to develop win strategies and contribute to the preparation of high quality and strategic proposals
- Develop and maintain a network of technical/professional support within WSP and the industry
- Preparation of project invoices and financial reporting
- Other duties as assigned

**What you'll bring to WSP...**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
- Registration in good standing as a P.Eng. in Ontario, or eligibility to be registered
- Minimum 10 years of project management and engineering experience in municipal wastewater infrastructure planning, design and commissioning
- Project management experience, PMP Designation is an asset
- Experience managing large projects (capital cost $20Million+) with a multidisciplinary team
- High level of initiative, motivation, drive, energy and enthusiasm to delivery high quality services to meet client expectations
