**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Supervisor - Accounting and Budget, the duties will include:
Processing purchase orders ensuring that prescribed areas are completed appropriately;
Entering invoices for payment ensuring Board policy is adhered to;
Ensuring vendor monthly statements are reviewed as per policy;
Ensuring all invoices paid are filed in the established method and in a timely fashion;
Ensuring that cheques/correspondence is prepared/mailed/delivered in a timely fashion;
Providing timely communication to schools, departments and vendors when queried;
Backup for reception and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Completion of a 2-year Community College Program specific to Business Administration or related specialty.

Minimum two years work-related experience;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
Proven mathematical and analytical skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
