Livwell Collective is a full service Interior Design and Contracting company creating well considered spaces in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Provide clerical support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
*Requirements*
- 2 years proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position OR Office Administrator Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Construction knowledge or experience is an asset.
This is a part time position with opportunity for full time in the future.
$18 - $25 per hour starting wage depending on experience/ qualification.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
