- We are currently seeking a Jr. Analyst Intern, Client Services to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of technology solutions while working on impactful projects. You will play a key role in driving data transformation, analytics, and internal productivity initiatives that directly influence decision-making and operational excellence.
- Summer Internship: May 2025 - August 2025

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities- Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and visualization projects to improve data accuracy and provide actionable insights for senior management, leveraging tools like PowerBI and ChatGPT-
- Analyze Client Services data to identify patterns and trends that inform service improvements or future product offerings-
- Assist in maintaining and creating documentation on Confluence to ensure knowledge-sharing and process standardization across teams-
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions-
- Partner closely with the development team to guide and prioritize assigned development initiatives-
- Support the creation of training materials and user guides to drive efficiency and adoption of new toolsBasic Skill Level Requirements

**Education**:
- Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year University Degree or College Diploma program in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldTechnical Skills/Tools:
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio-
- Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is an asset-
- Experience with SQL, Python, Java, or JavaScript; familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus-
- Knowledge of design principles, data modeling, process modeling, wireframes, and prototypingPersonal Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset-
- Effective communication skills, including business writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement-
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus, negotiate, and collaborate cross-functionally-
- A proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute meaningfully to the team-
- Ability to work independently on projects, with tight deadlines, under mínimal supervision Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a similar role-
