- TDS Global Funding is looking for a driven and self-motivated analyst/associate with strong quantitative/data analytics skill to fill the role of North American Funding Trader.
- Design and implement new models, affiliated analytics and support required to enable fundraising and trading and associated revenue generation and adapt existing models in response to market evolution and changes
- Manage Day-to-day Funding Operations including management of cash requirements and execution of liquidity instructions. This includes streamlining and automating menial tasks
- Work with senior traders to provide ad-hoc analysis and tools required for managing trading, risk management or market analysis activities
- Identify opportunities (strategic & tactical) that reduce firm inefficiencies
- Help manage Day-to-day Funding Operations including management of cash requirements and execution of liquidity instructions
- Manage risk, ticketing and P&L
- Provide periodic commentary for clients, internal desks, and various internal committees, leveraging visualizations

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelors’ or Masters in Financial Engineering, Quant Finance, Data Science, Operational Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent fields
- Technical Skills:

- Modeling / Coding: Strong Python programming skill is a plus. Ideally with knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, R, Scala, Uipath, Tableau, Alteryx with a record of consistent delivery
- Markets: Familiarity with short-term interest rate products, and understanding of pricing models, such as options, bond pricing
- Soft Skills: Prefer an entrepreneurial approach towards solving problems
- Strong conceptual, analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
