Investing years into R&D to create the safest containment system in the world and taking on the industry status quo to petition for higher standards in sharps protection, we witnessed an 80+ percent reduction in disposal-related needlestick injuries nationwide. And then we kept going...

As the Alternative Waste Manager you will be an integral part of continuing to develop our special waste streams. This person will work with multiple stakeholders to leverage support in order to build the book of business on Daniels newly launched waste streams to achieve the growth targets set by the business.

**What You Will Do**:

- Prospect identify and secure new business opportunities in the special waste vertical
- Diligent management of opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) ensuring information is accurate and relevant internal stakeholders are appraised of opportunity progress
- Works closely with existing Daniels account managers to leverage existing network to identify additional growth opportunities
- Pro-actively acquire and develop relevant market, industry and product knowledge and skills to support commercial success
- Drive and implement the product category pricing strategy alongside Commercial Manager
- Lead sales presentation to prospective clients
- Identify the customer requirements and business objectives that can be achieved by Daniels and our solutions
- Assist with sales forecasting and inventory planning
- Stay up to date with internal and external market developments, and suggest new products, services, and strategies to increase sales
- Ensure you are proactive in ensuring you have a detailed understanding and are competent in completing all company sales processes, with a full understanding of how these link to Operational Objectives
- 3+ years of experience in a related product sales field
- Experience in growing organic sales throughout the healthcare industry
- Exposure to sales, account management and product sales
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for high quality outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
