Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and internal controls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing problems through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or billing roles.
- Excellent data entry skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of its applications.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
