Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and internal controls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing problems through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or billing roles.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of its applications.
