**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Ads Media Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Paid Ads Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to our growth, and play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Create and test compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives and goals.
- Continuously identify and evaluate new paid media opportunities and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Paid Ads Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and SEO principles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
