**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Conducting truck scaling operations efficiently and accurately utilizing our specialized software.
- Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, processing scale tickets, tracking internal deliveries, and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborating with the dispatcher to provide clear and prompt communication.
- Working 11-hour days in the summer and 8 hours in the winter.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by answering phones, resolving queries, and offering assistance as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to work independently, meet deadlines, and excel under pressure.
- Preferred qualifications include a background in construction or related fields, as well as prior experience in construction operations.
