About the Job:
**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Solid knowledge and skills in understanding how social platforms work and how to run ads
- Understanding how to monitor ad spend and adjust spending for maximum optimization
- Ability to source freelancers, provide them with requirements, negotiate a price, and evaluate deliverables to be used on our social and other channels for ads
- Expertise in Google Analytics and other relevant Meta analytics tools
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to see things that can't be done by other digital marketing specialists

Expected Outcome of Results:

- Achieve 100% growth of followers and engagements on Remitbee's active platforms within a year.
- Develop a sound quarterly plan with a monitoring plan.
- Implement successful digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Increase website traffic and user engagement through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Increase conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization of marketing channels.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness across target demographics and markets.
- Analyze and report on key digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- This is a Work from Office opportunity.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
