**Job Title: Account Manager - Events Industry (Hybrid Role)**

Propelle + Konnect is a dynamic and innovative player in the events industry, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This hybrid role allows flexibility with mostly remote work but requires weekly on-site visits to our customers' spaces.

**Position Type**: Full-time, Hybrid

**Location**: Remote (mostly), with weekly on-site customer visits

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture relationships with clients in the events industry.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite visits to customers' spaces on a weekly basis.
- Utilize your liquor industry experience to understand and cater to client needs.
- Create and maintain schedules for events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the liquor industry is a must.
- Proficient in managing schedules, reports, and customer communications.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Access to a car is essential for event setup requirements.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
