**We are currently seeking a**:
**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Logistics Coordinator**

**Part-time Contract (6 months)**

**What will be your role?**

Your role as a PPE Logistics Coordinator is to liaise between the Volunteer Services Supervisor, Care Team Supervisors, Nursing Supervisors, Rehab Supervisors and PPE fulfilment warehouse to arrange and coordinate Community Hub PPE distributions. You will also maintain, monitor, assemble and distribute PPE packages at the Soudan office to our front-line staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and organize PPE supply at Soudan office as well as pack PPE supplies into PPE kits for daily drop in pickups.
- Coordinate with fulfillment warehouse to ensure timely delivery of community hub orders in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Catalog PPE supplies received to maintain and track appropriate inventory levels and log visits by each PPE distribution location.
- Work with the finance PPE procurement team to always ensure sufficient inventory on hand.
- Pickups must be logged into a tracking tool to maintain metrics for analysis by management.

**Key Qualifications**
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 1 year distribution/supply chain experience and 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong time management, problem solving, organizational and coordination skills.
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization, and to demonstrate sound decision-making and influencing skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a high level of personal initiative and ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of urgency, self-confidence and comfort with new and rapidly changing situations and environments.
- Strong PC proficiency and working knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to navigate customer relationship management systems for processing and tracking orders.
- Use of proper body mechanics and successful completion of the Physical Readiness Test to ensure safe work practices are followed, including mobility, transfers, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling.
