**Location Manager - Vision Therapy Practise**

**The Role: Location Manager**
As the Location Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our practice. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring that each member has the tools, support, and encouragement to do their best work. This role is more than managing operations—it’s about building relationships, driving growth, and creating an environment where everyone feels connected to the shared purpose of helping our clients achieve success.
**Your Impact**:
- **1. Leadership & Connection**_
- Build meaningful relationships with your team, empowering them to grow and succeed through mentorship, clear communication, and encouragement.
- Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings to remove obstacles, celebrate wins, and keep everyone aligned with the clinic’s goals.
- Use Servant Leadership principles to foster collaboration, leveraging the strengths of each team member to build trust and connection.
- Guide the team using the Working Genius Model, helping individuals find fulfillment in their unique contributions.
- **2. Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences**_
- Ensure every patient feels valued, cared for, and supported on their journey by coordinating schedules, addressing concerns, and maintaining high standards of care.
- Collaborate with our ODs and Vision Therapists to ensure patients graduate on time, with all sessions completed and their progress celebrated.
- Oversee client journeys, ensuring that each touchpoint reflects our commitment to helping them achieve their untapped potential.
- **3. Fostering Growth**_
- Partner with leadership to break big-picture goals (Rocks) into actionable steps, empowering the team to make consistent progress.
- Use data from scorecards and key metrics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Proactively anticipate staffing and scheduling needs, ensuring we’re always prepared to deliver exceptional service.
- **4. Operational Excellence**_
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized clinic environment that reflects our commitment to care and quality.
- Oversee billing, expenses, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations and financial sustainability.
- Oversee scheduling for vision therapists, clinical support team, and OD’s to ensure adequate and efficient booking and staffing needs.
- Troubleshoot technology and process challenges, keeping the clinic running efficiently and seamlessly.
- **5. Building for the Future**_
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with long-term goals, ensuring the clinic’s continued growth and impact.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and curiosity, inspiring the team to look for new ways to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Represent the clinic in our community, building relationships and fostering trust as a leader in vision therapy.
