- Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and test results
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and best practices
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes in manufacturing or production environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in project management techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
