**Marketing Coordinator**

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research, develop, present and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote business growth.
- Monitor, track and analyze performance metrics of marketing strategies and make recommendations to reach target audience
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure consistency in company brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain all sales literature and marketing information including presentations, brochures, product information etc.
- Organize all aspects of marketing for and participate in trade shows and industry events.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role with proven ability in digital marketing and social media management
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a definite asset
- Strong market research skills and the ability to analyze, present and implement strategic digital marketing plans to support business growth
- Proficient in website design, photography, imagery, video creation and digital and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong ability to create content with high level of proficiency in proof reading and editing
- Self-motivated, energetic and results orientated individual who has strong organizational skills and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing manufacturing industry
- Team player able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
