**We are hiring at Aspire Software for an Implementation Specialist to join our growing Implementation team in Montreal**

The integration analyst is accountable for configuring and implementing parameters in various tools, platforms, and services and providing support to clients during implementation and technical issues.

**What your day will look like**:

- Work with clients remotely to understand their payment processing needs and operations' specificity to determine the best solution for their business
- Assist clients in setting up and configuring our payment processing solutions
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process and work with our technical team to resolve them
- Train clients on how to use our payment processing solutions effectively and efficiently
- Ensure that all client data is accurate and up-to-date in our systems
- Assisting new or potential clients in setting up their payment processing capabilities within their existing software environment
- Providing regular status reports on ongoing integration projects to project management teams and leadership
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of different products
- Understanding and effectively communicating complex technical specifications and APIs
- Assisting clients in identifying errors and debugging request and response messages

**About you**:

- Understanding of the basics of payment processing, including knowledge of payment gateways, credit card processing, and e-commerce
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles
- Experience in the Payment Processing Industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Collaborative, engaging work style with a technical mindset
- A natural leader that is confident, patient and persuasive
- High emotional intelligence with a high degree of empathy
- Natural problem solver with highly developed diplomacy skills
- Energetic, self-directed, and results-oriented
