The Manager, Workday Communications & Change Management will provide focused support for ongoing Workday related change and communications to ensure strong Workday adoption and the best employee experience possible.

At Canadian Tire we work flexibility embracing ‘Hybrid’ whereby individuals utilize a combination of working at a CTC campus and or virtually in service of outcomes. Determined by managers, decisions around work location will be made based on business and team needs and grounded in a desire to support individual well-being and personal needs. **What you'll do**
- Lead Organizational Change Management efforts pertaining to Workday stabilization and future deployment activities.
- Ensure on an on-going basis, the alignment with non-Workday related HR communications and activities to minimize stakeholder information overload.
- Works in close collaboration with the Corporate Communication team to disseminate Workday communications across the organization.
- Develop, manage, and execute communication strategies to support Workday Project and Stakeholder requirements, providing a consistent voice and approach.
- Develop an effective relationship with the Workday Project team to ensure accurate and timely information flow to stakeholders.
- Develop effective relationships with other HR Teams/stakeholders to coordinate with other HR related employee communications.
- Partner with the HR Project Manager to ensure visibility and prioritization of Workday related communications
- Draft and deliver Project related communications to various audiences as required.
- Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Employ a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and successes to various stakeholders.
- Partner with training resources to deliver effective OCM activations.

- Strong ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Capable of working seamlessly across multiple employee populations.
- Strong ability to collaborate well with others to find solutions.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.Change management certification through Prosci is an asset
