**Responsibilities**:

- Perform **first off, middle off, last off checks**, to verify that products conform to quality standards and fill out the **first off
- sheet inspection sheet**.
- Perform colour check and gloss check using photo spectrometer and make sure the parts are under colour limits.
- Recognize **typical defects**, inform maintenance for repair and note down in Quality inspector log.
- Scan the First-off inspection sheets weekly and save at desired folder.
- Note down the **defects, non-conformance, and decisions** from higher authority in **Daily report. **Share the information to the next shift at the end.
- Identify parts related information including _part numbers, Bill of Material, packaging, labels, logos and markings, material type, material lot, date of production, and status of parts such as production parts, hold parts _etc.
- **Prototype Rejected Parts and Limits for all defects and get confirmation from the Quality Coordinator**:

- Initiate non-conformances, re-works, or repairs, and follow up for completion.
- Notify the Quality Coordinator immediately of any nonconformities
- Conduct scheduled calibration functions for in-plant equipment (Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Scales, lab equipment)
- Always follows safe work practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shift Premium $1.00 Afternoons, $2.00 Midnights

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
