**The Opportunity**:
The **Funeral Director Assistant **position requires a high level of compassion and a caring individual who enjoys helping others. This is an opportunity to learn more about the funeral industry and in time potentially start a Funeral Director apprenticeship with us.

The role comes with a total compensation package comprised of an annual salary from _**$40,000 to $53,000**_, quarterly bonus potential, health, dental & insurance benefits, a wellness spending account, and a Company RRSP matching program.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be a team player who leads by example
- Challenges others to better fulfill their roles.
- Has a keen interest in becoming a Funeral Director
- Comes to work with a great attitude and inspires others to do the same.
- Must also be capable of working with, supporting and taking direction from Funeral Directors
- Have good demeanor and professional outlook
- Hold themselves to a high standard of service
- Will be physically capable of standing for long period
- Have a Class 5 drivers license with a good driving record
- Be able to provide their own black suit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
