Inventory and Data Entry Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory & Product Management**: Receive, categorize, and maintain inventory records across our systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- **Vendor & Purchase Order Coordination**: Receive and manage purchase orders, and communicate with vendors.
- **System & Data Maintenance**: Learn our inventory management software, and use Excel to keep product and sales data current and accurate.
- **Sales Floor Support**: Assist sales staff and support the sales floor, especially during peak times and events.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Perform periodic inventory counts, maintain vendor files, and support other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in a similar role, with experience in retail, or inventory
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with inventory and POS systems
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, positive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills - supportive, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
