Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting the work of the Marketing and Operations team through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.

**What you will do**:

- Marketing team support_
- Support the campaign execution team with QA and testing
- Ensure data integrity of system records to support marketing campaigns
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics on a weekly basis
- Own and complete a special project
- Operations team support_
- Ensure integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
- Work cross functionally with the operations team to support ongoing process changes, and systems builds
- Adopt agile methodology and support the operations and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of cases, and that they are completed on time
- Learn and leverage an array of tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, and more
- Support the Revenue operations team with systems issues related to the sales process.

- You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS, marketing operations and tools.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED and Technical School Work or equivalent relevant work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly
- Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Self-starter requiring mínimal supervision
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in business, economics or STEM
- Salesforce/CRM or Marketo/marketing automation system experience a bonus

**This opportunity will be a 4 month term from May - August 202**3**
