**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed descriptions of food items, including our signature pizzas and Italian specialties.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring exceptional presentation and proper table settings.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and server stations.
- Upsell additional menu items and promote seasonal specials.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain food hygiene standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and familiarity with pizza varieties.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Must be at least 19 years old and possess legal authorization to work in Canada.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $16.65 per hour
