**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cost and financial analysis.
- Involvement with cost control, managerial and cost accounting.
- Responsible for identifying concerns to be resolved.
- Arrange inbound shipments.
- Oversight in select inventory control items and strategic buying.
- With gained experience, individual could work into involvement in human resource functions within the business.
- Maintenance and improvement of basic company financial dashboards and database queries.
- Involvement and input with ongoing forecasting supply chain management.

**NOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Ø **Knowledge**
- Well-rounded knowledge of business and economy.
- Understanding of organizational systems and internal controls.
- Managerial accounting comprehension.
- Management of small/medium sized business.

Ø **Skills and Abilities**
- Proficient in operating ERP systems.
- Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel).
- Individual must possess natural leadership abilities.
- Individual must be a team player and be able to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
