Posting Overview:
The following Long Term Occasional vacancy is available:
A.M.S.S. - 1.00 - General Studies* (Immediate-January 30, 2025)
- These teachers will be working with Indigenous students individually and in small groups with a focus

on mathematics and science. First preference will be given to qualified Indigenous teachers.

Qualifications/Experience:

- experience in stated assignment is preferred;
- knowledge of current curriculum directions;
- excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with students, parents and staff;
- positive interaction as part of the school team;
- consistent and fair classroom management;
- working with youth in a variety of settings;
- working with Indigenous young people is an asset;
- electronic report card experience is an asset;
- computer skills are an asset.
