Inventory Coordinator

Calgary, Canada Lubexx Enterprises Ltd. Full time

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinatorto start immediately at our manufacturing facility in Calgary. This is a full time salaried position, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with procurement to ensure timely receipt of raw materials and manage lead times to ensure sufficient stock to meet obligations.
- Ensure all raw materials are received and reported in real time. Work closely with warehouse & production staff to ensure that Warehouse Management System is effective.
- Manage inventory counts on a daily & weekly basis and support finance team with inventory reconciliation. Thoroughly investigate inventory discrepancies and report on results.
- Generate daily reports on production, purchase and sales.
- Critically review process to ensure efficient and effective operations. Ensure that the process is followed.
- Participate in ISO audits, including performing audits on other departments.
- Other projects as required.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Organized and able to manage and execute multiple priorities and projects on time.
- Forward thinking, good at logical reasoning and personable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with attention to detail and work accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and track progress, problem solving and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- Ability to take initiative and think critically.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an ISO environment required. Experience performing ISO audits an asset.
- Commitment to continuous improvement a must.
- Related accounting, analytical, audit, or management experience a definite asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial
