**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The Coordinator, Service Delivery - Domestic Intermodal team is responsible to manage key strategic and tactical aspects of account oversight for those customers deemed to be of strategic importance and sufficiently robust in volume and revenue to warrant a higher level of oversight and service support. Service Delivery, Domestic interacts at all points in the shipment cycle as well as regularly leads Service reviews with customers and also manages up both internally and externally to the Director level. Through adherence to contract terms, EDI scoping and implementation, reporting and emergent circumstance management the Service Delivery role is crucial in the Customer Experience field and plays a key role in account sustainment and relationship management. The Service Delivery model is expected to play a featured role in an integrated CPKC Intermodal product.

**POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent railway experience;
- Ability to manage challenging customer interactions and remain professional and composed, able to adjust to customers communication style;
- Demonstrates a high degree of customer focus;
- Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and oral skills to respond to internal and external requests for information;
- Strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to work under strict timelines and pressure;
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency;
- Ability to perform in a 24x7 environment.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- Ability to change priorities with little or no notice
- Ability to take ownership of high visibility CPKC customer accounts
- Ability to interact with Mid-level Leaders at customers and within CPKC
- Demonstrated proficiency with various office software packages such as Excel and Word
- Ability to learn internal CPKC computer systems quickly
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality as appropriate
- Ability to use logic and pinpointed information to gain agreement both internal and external
