Master Scheduler

Toronto, Canada Dynaflex Pipe Technologies Ltd. Full time

As the Master Scheduler, you will oversee the creation of schedules for over 100 employees and ensuring that deadlines are met. You will have responsibility for both employees and their tasks, and must ensure that all deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for making sure that each job is assigned to the correct employee, and will also assigned new projects to your subordinate schedulers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify schedules to ensure that there are no missing deliveries.
- Resolve any transportation or equipment issues that arise.
- Verify that subcontractors are available to make scheduled deliveries.
- Check the status of new locations, including the timing of infrastructure work, and make adjustments in the schedule as needed.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales department to ensure accurate information is supplied for delivery scheduling.
- Work with the sales department to resolve driver shortages or other issues that may occur during the scheduling process.

**Salary**: $60,642.46-$88,140.25 per year
