Advisor, Operational Resilience and Business Continuity

**What will you do?**
- Lead the Operational Resilience program deliverables for WM Canada
- Provide governance & communicate WM Global Operational Resilience risk profile and status reporting to business lines, senior leadership, and 2nd ine Group Risk Management partners
- Support the various WM Businesses with identifying critical business services and underlying dependencies, conducting harm assessments and setting impact tolerances, facilitating scenario testing and tabletop exercises, and developing action plans for improving resiliency
- Partner with Enterprise Group Risk Management teams to review regulatory expectations and policy requirements, support collation and production of Operational Resilience reporting for senior management and bank-wide risk committees
- Identify and recommend the need for change within the Operational Resilience framework, approaches, methods, and capabilities
- Operate as a first line business representation ensuring compliance to enterprise programs within Operational Resilience domain
- Other projects and initiatives, as assigned

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**
- 3+ years of experience in Risk Management
- Risk and Governance practices
- Frameworks and methodologies
- Program/project design and execution
- 3-5 years of combined knowledge, skill and background in any of operational risk, supplier/vendor management, risk practices, business continuity,
- 3+ years’ experience in Canadian or International Financial Services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage, influence, challenge and present effectively with various stakeholders and audiences
- Good organizational, critical thinking, analytical and research skills

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Wealth Management industry: business, products/services, processes/workflows
- Regulatory project / program management
- Masters in Business administration (MBA) and or management consulting background Process documentation, Business Architecture and/or Workshop facilitation experience
