Reporting directly to the Regional Chef, the Prep/Line Cook will support the Culinary team with the five (5) venues situated at 250 Adelaide Street W and 26 Duncan St in
Toronto, ON. The Porch (seasonal rooftop bar & restaurant), Rock ‘N’ Horse Saloon
(country-themed bar & restaurant), Dublin Calling (party pub & kitchen), ACES Pizza and Par-Tee Putt (mini putt bar and restaurant).

**The Role**
- Preparation, production, and execution of menu items and food quality standards according to standardized recipes
- Adheres to our kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Contributes to effective storage, management, and safe rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and food production spaces
- Assists with assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Assist with dishwashing and garbage disposal
- Opens and closes the kitchen properly, following appropriate checklists
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the culinary leader-on-duty

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of kitchen experience in a quick service restaurant or similar environment with a general understanding of cooking fundamentals and practices
- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be able to effectively communicate
- Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time and ability to walk up and down stairs throughout shift
- Passionate about working in a team-focused environment

**Terms & Expectations**:

- Due to the nature of the work, after hours correspondence may be required

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
