Job Title: Prep Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and dicing
  • Cook meals according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment and utensils
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
