**Responsibilities**

Your day would be split between Yard Maintenance and Office Assistance.

As Yard Maintenance, your duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

- Receive deliveries of materials and unload/stack them using a forklift
- Track of materials ordered and used for specific projects
- Track of stock inventory and maintain levels
- General shop organizing and cleaning as well as yard maintenance

As Office Assistant, your duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

- Book customer appointments and provide customer services
- Process customer payments
- Assist with project scheduling
- Submit locates for upcoming jobs
- Light bookkeeping duties (training can be provided)
- Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, thoughtfulness, and stability in decision-making
- Be self-confident and able to accept and adopt constructive feedback
- Providing appropriate feedback to, and communicate with management

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
