**CNC OPERATOR**

This position sets up, operates, and maintains plastic welders & computerized CNC table router equipment. In this department, custom plastic liners for the dump truck industry are made.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to follow standards, rules, policies, work instructions, directions.
- Ability to operate hand held tools - saws, routers, measuring equipment - tape measures.
- Have a quality and detail focus.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure/deadlines.
- Above average attendance.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience operating CNC equipment, able to make tool changes, small program changes, read blueprints, diagrams, etc.
- Physically able to lift, push, pull, stand on a concrete floor, kneel, crawl, grip, pinch, crouch.
- Valid forklift license or experience - experience with long / extension forks.

**Requirements**:
Shifts:

- Monday to Friday.
- 8.5-hour shifts.
- Days/Afternoons, rotating every 2 weeks.
- Will go to 12-hour continental rotation of days and nights, 7 - 7, 4-week rotation.
